Adult outpatient occupational, physical and speech therapy services are available at New Heights of Northeast Florida.  Our traditional therapy programs provide excellent care for patients with a variety of conditions including cerebral palsy, stroke, neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions and developmental delays.  Our goal is to support all individuals in reaching their greatest functional independence.

 

Insurance is accepted.  Prescription is required.
